Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?

Yes & No.  Smoking is prohibited in most of Allied's Limousines and Limo buses. However smoking is accepetable in most of our taxicabs, sedans, vans and mini coaches, excluding motorcoaches.


What if I or someone in my party damages the vehicle during our trip?

Customer accepts financial responsibility for any and all damages resulting from improper use of the limousine and its contents, including but not limited to audio/video equipment, lighting, exterior and interior components including upholstery.  Allied Transportation also reserves the right to charge a fee for excessive mess or spillage clean up resulting in the need for special upholstery cleaning or shampooing. This may be billed to customer's credit card on file.


What if I accidentally leave something in the vehicle?

Allied Transportation makes every attempt to pro-actively return lost items to our customers but may not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.  Please contact the office at 636-940-1600 to inquire on a lost item.


What should we bring with us?

We recommend bringing your favorite CD's, VHS cassettes. (For limos equipped with these features.  Check with your reservations specialist.).  Also, our guests age 21 and over may bring their favorite alcoholic beverages. Many guests also bring cameras to capture the special memories from their trip.

What is your alcoholic beverage policy?

Customers over the age of 21 are welcome to bring any and all beverages of their choice including bottles and cans.  All limousines feature a bar with various crystal glasses, multiple ice compartments as well as complimentary ice and non-alcoholic beverages.

How can I stay in contact with my chauffeur during my trip?

All limousines offer intercom systems for communicating with your driver during the trip.  Also, all chaffeurs carry cell phones so that you may contact them for additional pick-ups throughout the day.

What if my reservation time is up and I'd like to keep the limo longer ?

No problem!  You may extend your reservation as long as yours is the last reservation of the day or there are no other reservations for your vehicle for that day.  Please check with your chauffeur.

Is gratuity included, and how much?

For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added to each 4 passenger sedan job and Stretch Town Car job.  A 20% gratuity will be applied to all Navigator and Mini-Bus jobs.  Gratuity is based on the job's total price and charged to the deposit on file along with the balance due on arival completion.  Any additional gratuity may be given directly to your chauffeur, or by contacting us at 636-940-1600.

All limousine reservations have a 2 hour minimum for jobs from Sunday through Thursday.  Friday and Saturday limousine jobs have a 3 hour minimum. Standard Town Car reservations have a 1 hour minimum. Specialty vehicles, Such as Limo Coach's have a 4 hour minimum and Navigators have a 5 hour minimum unless otherwise aproved by the management.
